Many of you have requested to see sample Faith Dance Fitness routines, but we wanted to offer you more. Included below is a Mini Faith Class that you can feel the vibe and even work out with Lori. We love you and hope you enjoy it!
Key things to note:
Once you complete your Faith Instructor Certification, you have the freedom to create your own Faith Playlist using the songs you love. You are not limited to specific songs, playlists, or artists as long as they fall under the Faith Formula that you will learn in certification.
Also, you have the freedom to create your own Faith Routines. Yes, that’s right. Once you complete certification and understand the Faith Formula, you have the freedom to create your own routines.

The first two cohorts are already in session and off to an amazing start.
Cost: $149 (normally $199).

Become a Faith National Trainer!
Graduates from Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 will be invited to apply to become the very first Faith National Trainers.
Make sure you get registered for Cohort 2 if you have the opportunity so you can be considered to be one of the very first 12 Faith National Trainers in the world.
What is a Faith National Trainer?
A Faith National Trainer is responsible for doing in-person Faith Instructor Certifications in an assigned region. They are leaders in their community and are the face of Faith Dance Fitness. Faith National Trainers will work closely with Lori Torres and Corporate MixxedFit®.
First round of auditions will commence following the successful completion of Cohort 1 and Cohort 2.

Who is this certification for?
Faith Dance Fitness is for anyone who wants to inspire others through movement, faith, and community. You don’t need to be a professional dancer or in perfect shape — you just need a willing heart and passion for people.
How long does this certification take?
It’s completely self-paced. Most instructors complete within 6-8 weeks. You will have unlimited access to the training materials so you can go at your own speed. Once you’re done, you can go out to churches, YMCAs, community centers, and do your thing!

Yes! You are free to lead Faith Dance Fitness classes wherever you feel called — in person, online, in ministry spaces, with youth, or even in senior citizens. You can also do it in your house or at a park.
Is this MixxedFit?
Nope! But it was created by MixxedFit’s Founder Lori Torres. Faith Dance Fitness is a separate, faith-forward format made for churches, youth groups, and multigenerational spaces. Same heart. Different purpose.
